Vibration Massager DS-K01 Application Instructions:

Standing Position - is the best attitude when using this machine, also allows you to do some supporting exercise while using. Stand with your feet on the vibrating platform, raise your arms upwards slowly and take a deep breath; then slowly exhale while arms return to their original position. Repeat this action 30-40 times. Drink some warm water when you feel a little hot or a tingling sensation. It helps to excrete the toxins built up during metabolism. The beginning user may need to lean on a desk when using this machine.

Sitting Position (2 ways):

Sit on the chair with hands on knees, and both of your feet placed on the machine. Or you can put a cushion on the machine, and sit directly on the cushion. This way greatly stimulates the circulation of the upper body.
The sitting position is more suitable for older people, women or people who have difficulty standing.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.	Once the unit has been assembled, plug the cord into a 110 V power source
2.	Press 'Power' button on the panel. The LED (TIME) at the top will show the default time (15 minutes) .
3.	It also comes with a memory function. When you press' Power' button again to stop working, it can record current settings, and you press 'Power' button once more, the massager will work with last settings. When you plug out, it will automatically return to default settings.
4.	Press 'Speed' button to adjust vibration speed 1~5(Slow-Fast)
5.	After use, press ' Power' button to stop, then plug out.
