| HOW TO USE WARM / COLD SPA BAR: |
- Plug the adapter in to the power outlet
- Push the switch upwards for warm, downwards for cold (in the middle is power-off)
- After 5-10 minutes, the head of device will produce heat or cold on the surface depending on the selection of the switch. The temperature for heat (42°C) and for cold (5°C).
- Rub firmly upon desired skin surface in circular motion
- Apply alternating hot and cold treatments: employing both simultaneously in massage can enhance the body's circulation, promote tissue rehabilitation, increase metabolism, and balance hormones

- Be sure to turn off the switch after completing use
- After treatment, wipe the head with a dry cotton cloth
- Avoid dropping or knocking the head
- It is recommended to begin treatment with the cold application before the heat
- The warm treatment is not meant to provide for very high temperatures. It only acts to allow the skin pores to open up slowly after a cold treatment. Therefore, you will feel that the warm temperature is not hot when it touches your skin.
