We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. You can return your order within 21 days upon arrival. However, you need to pay for all the shipping cost, we'll give money back after we receive the unpacked 3DHealthStore products.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an authorization number from our customer service
department by online form.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 10% handling fee for any merchandise returned to us; or 20-40% restocking fee if any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We require the following information to process your return.

- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please return the merchandise to our shipping department as you will be notified.
All returns must be shipped back to our shipping department
using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS
Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by 3DHealthStore.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or
exchange.
If your package is returned to us marked as "refused",
"unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have
it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $15 re-shipping fee. |
