With Mini-Steppers, you can affordably get that type of workout at home, on your own time. The climbing against resistance motion not only gives a solid fat-burning cardio workout, but it tones the thighs and gluteus. While large stair climbing machines are heavy and take up a lot of space (not to mention their high cost), the mini-stepper can easily be stored in a closet, and is much more economical.

The Mini-Steppers provide a cardiovascular, total-body workout. Its multi-function monitor displays elapsed exercise time, calories expended and total number of steps achieved. The stepper uses a tension resistance system in its dual handle bars and step pedals. The step pedals also have dual hydraulic shocks. The Mini Stepper is constructed from heavy-guage steel tubing and is finished with a scratch-resistant, powder-coat paint.

Health and fitness experts have long known that stair climbing is an ideal aerobic exercise that strengthens important muscle groups and the entire cardiovascular system. Our Mini Stepper simulates stair climbing for an effective, low-impact workout.

This small but rugged stepper strengthens legs and lower back as it tones waist, calves, hips and thighs, all without the jarring that often occurs with other aerobic exercises such as jogging. Back-and-forth action of the handles exercises the upper body at the same time. Extra-wide footrests have non-slip surface. Limited assembly required (handles only).

 
Mini-Stepper Workout Tips:
  • Keep your knees loose while using a mini-stepper. If you allow your knees to lock each time your leg straightens, this causes a lot of impact on your joints
  • Keep your arms at your sides and let them swing, as if you were jogging. Do not lean forward
  • If you're a beginner, start with 10-minute intervals and work up until you can maintain a good pace for 30 minutes. If you push yourself too hard at first, you could do more harm than good
  • As you step down, concentrate on using the backs of your legs, putting more pressure on your heels than the front of your foot. The tendency to allow the front of the legs to do all the work can result in sore quads (muscles at the front of the thigh) the next day
