Directions - Make sure the ON/OFF knob is in the 'OFF' position; then, choose a pair of electrodes suitable and attach the plug (before inserting into apparatus). Place the electrodes in your ears, then turn the knob clockwise slowly until you feel a tingling sensation; increase the stimulation until you are comfortable. After a few minutes, the sensation will feel reduced, and you can again increase it if necessary.

Treatment - 2-3 times daily, 20-30 minutes at a time, for a cycle of 7 days. Use immediately on occurring or recurring pain, until pain is alleviated.

Detection Method - Before detection, twist the detector pen onto one of the electrodes, while the other electrode is held by the examinee. Then, set the datum level at the base acupoint on the ear surface: touch the detector pen to the base acupoint, adjusting the knob clockwise slowly until the detector indicator flashes and emits a sound. Once the datum level is set, fix the knob and use the detect pen to touch all acupoints on the ear for detection, when the indicator flashes and emits a sound, this means that corresponding organs or parts of human body are ailing or not functioning properly: record and consult the diagram of ear acupoints for details.
