How to use Fir Thermal Heating Beauty Bed Sheet ANP-1F:

1.	Put the sheet on a flat place and lie on the Sheet.
2.	Insert the plug of the sheet into the socket. Now the 'TIME' indicating light will be on. Default time: 60 minutes.
3.	Press "Mode" to choose adjusting Temperature(30°C-40°C) or Time(60/75/90minutes). Press "UP and Down" to increase or decrease.
4.	Press "Start" to heating.
