FIR Heating Pad is a convenient, portable therapy system that you can use at home, in the office, while driving or on vacation to provide effective pain relief wherever and whenever you need it. Fir Series Heating Pad and Belt Caution:

Do not use the pad while sleeping.
Before use, please check the pad carefully. If you find any damage of the pad, do not use.
The temperature can be adjusted by turning the dail on the control panel.
Do not press, throw,and wrinkle the pad and keep it flat.
Do not stretch the cord from the pad while plug and unplug.
Keep it in dry and dark place.
The heat pad can be powered either by a 110-120V/12V adaptor or a 12V car electrical source.
Please take out of the thermal piece, when cleaning the pad.
When the pad is not used, disconnect the plug.
When you wear the pad, please make sure the plug and switch, do not drop down.
