Level 2 Intermediate paddling with motion - paddling while the automatic padding motion is on This level is when you begin to paddle with the patented automatic motion in level I. This level helps enhances the benefits of level I as well as strengthen the muscles of the legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, calves), lower back and abdominal area.
Level 3 Advanced manual paddling - turn off the automatic paddling motion This is the final level it is for the more advanced. This is the manual level where your exerciser becomes one of those expense cycles at the gym where you paddle against your own resistance. This level as well as enhancing all the benefits of level II, turns your Easy Cycle into a true calories burner and cardiovascular workout. This level also allows you to paddle in reverse.
Position 1 Sitting (please use a strong stable chair) Make sure the exerciser is a comfortable distance away from your chair (to avoid over extending the knees) Make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while using the exerciser. We recommend that you use a small pillow under your lower back. Sit back placing both feet on the pedals. Turn timer to desired time (remember beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON. To turn machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Position 2 Lying down (if being used on bed make sure Machine is Stable) Make sure exerciser is a comfortable distance away from you (to avoid extending the knees) When lying down make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while using exerciser. We recommend that you use a small pillow under your lower back and under your head for support. Lay back placing both feet on the pedals (you may wish to use support straps). Place your arms at your sides and turn the timer to the desire time (remember beginners only start ber beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON. To turn the machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF When the session is finished, you may to continue lying in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Position 3 Sitting position upper body (place Oxycycle on sturdy table) Make sure the exerciser is a comfortable distance away from your chair (to avoid over extending the hands). Place your exerciser on a sturdy table and sit on a stable chair so that the exerciser is at the chest level. (loge facing you) Make sure your feet are shoulder distance a part and firmly positioned on the floor. Turn the timer to the desired time (remember beginners only start with a few minutes) then turn the switch to ON. Place hands on pedals and begins your session. To turn the Machine off during session simply turn switch to OFF When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
