Adjusting the Resistance
6 Second Abs comes with two sets of resistance bands: 2 Yellow (15 pounds of resistance each) and 2 Orange ( 25 pounds of resistance each ). You can use one or two bands at a time, in various combinations, to provide five different resistance levels: 6 Second ABS Program
Adjusting the resistance is easy — just open the cover and change the two inner bands. There is also a place to store your extra resistance bands
6 Second ABS Program
Resistance strengths are measured at the third click andd are approximate as individual units may vary slightly.
6 Second ABS Program To change the resistance level of your 6 Second Abs, grasp the tab on the left or right side of the cover and gently pull it open to reveal the resistance bands. The two inner bands supply resistance, while the two outer bands are in storage slots.
6 Second ABS Program To remove a band, grasp the lower end of the band firmly and pull downward until the band stretches about half of an inch
6 Second ABS Program Pull the band down and away from the unit and it will come right out. To add a new band, simply hook the top of the band in the holder and pull down ward until it snaps into place.
Targeting you Ab Muscles
With 6 Second Abs you can train all of your abdominal muscles in just a few short set and you can target specific muscles, such as your side obliques. There are several different exercises you can do with 6 Second Abs to train the different abdominal muscles. Some of these exercises are more intense than others. For example, the reverse leg crunch will feel more intense than the basic seated crunch when you have 6 Second Abs set at the same resistance level. Thus, you will need to adjust the resistance for your fitness level. If you want a really intense workout, then all of the exercises shown on the video can also be performed in the supine position ( i.e., lying down on the floor).here are just a few of the exercises which you can do, and that are covered in the 6 Second Abs video:
